My Very Own Layered Mexican Dip
My Recipe for Layered Mexican Bean Dip
Ingredients:
Taco Bell brand Vegetarian Blend refried beans
2 avocados
sliced onions
chopped jalapeƱos
Lemon
Sour Cream
Sliced black olives
shredded cheeses
Salt
Chopped tomatoes
sliced Green Onions
Prep:
In a non stick pan, heat a little bit of oil
Fry the onions in the oil with the jalapeƱos
Add the refried beans
Mix into a paste
pour into a tray
Set aside
Blend the avocados, sour cream, lemon juice, and salt in the blender
pour on top of the beans
Sprinkle the chopped tomatoes, sliced green onions, and the sliced black olives over that
spread the sour cream over that
top with the shredded cheeses
Serve with restaurant style corn chips
